What does Cornerstone HR Solutions do?

Cornerstone HR Solutions is a specialized boutique consultancy providing early-stage workplace guidance and remote professional support to individuals navigating complex organizational and workplace challenges.  The ideal time to contact Cornerstone is BEFORE engaging in formal communications with your agency HR, EEO or Legal offices regarding your concerns.

What can I expect during the initial consultation?

The initial consultation is a complimentary 30-minute virtual meeting designed to briefly discuss your workplace or accommodation-related concerns, answer general questions, and provide an opportunity to learn more about Cornerstone HR Solutions’ consultative approach, services, and fee structure.

During the consultation, clients may share a general overview of their situation. The consultation is introductory in nature and does not include legal advice, representation, formal case evaluation, or detailed document review. If a client chooses to move forward following the consultation, additional support services may then be discussed.

Do you provide legal advice or legal representation?

No. Cornerstone HR Solutions does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal services.

What types of workplace concerns do you assist with?

Cornerstone HR Solutions assists professionals navigating a wide range of workplace situations involving reasonable accommodation, communication difficulties, organizational conflict, workplace harassment or discrimination concerns, procedural uncertainty, workplace transitions, performance-related matters, and employment-related administrative issues.

Our focus is on helping clients better understand organizational systems, assess workplace concerns more effectively, strengthen professional communication, and approach workplace interactions with greater clarity, composure, and professional preparedness.

Do you work only with federal employees?

No. While Cornerstone HR Solutions draws upon extensive experience within federal workplace systems, many of the organizational challenges, workplace concerns, and procedural issues we address also arise within private-sector, nonprofit, healthcare, and other structured professional environments.

Does Cornerstone HR Solutions guarantee outcomes?
