Initial Strategy Consultation

Duration:  Complimentary 30-Minute Session

The Initial Consultation is designed to review your concerns and determine whether your situation aligns with Cornerstone HR Solutions’ early-intervention approach and structured support model.

To ensure the session is focused and productive, clients are asked to complete a brief Intake Questionnaire prior to the meeting. This allows us to move beyond general background discussion and focus more directly on your specific circumstances, procedural concerns, and potential next steps.

If your situation aligns with our service model, we will discuss the available service tiers and the approach best suited to your professional needs.

Consultation Structure

Cornerstone HR Solutions operates through a structured, preparation-focused service model designed to support thoughtful review and productive consultations.

  • Advance Scheduling:  Consultation sessions are generally scheduled with advance notice to allow adequate time for preliminary review of submitted materials and consultation preparation.
  • Structured Consultations:  Services are provided through scheduled consultation sessions to ensure focused, uninterrupted attention and strategic discussion.
  • Document Preparation:  To maximize the value of your consultation, relevant materials—including emails, correspondence, agendas, or supporting documentation—should be uploaded to your client portal prior to the scheduled session whenever possible.

Advance document review helps ensure discussions remain organized, strategic, and productive. In some cases, additional preparation time may require rescheduling to ensure the highest level of support.

 

Engagement Options

At Cornerstone HR Solutions, services are structured into two distinct pathways designed to support varying workplace concerns and professional needs. Both options emphasize early guidance, procedural clarity, and structured professional support.

Tier I: Procedural Orientation & Strategy

Investment: $450 Flat Fee
Duration: 90-Minute Intensive Session

This tier is designed for professionals who plan to independently manage workplace concerns but would benefit from strategic guidance in organizing their approach with greater clarity, structure, and confidence.

Tier I is consultative in nature and focuses on strategy, organization, and procedural preparation. Drafting and document-preparation services are not included within this engagement level.

The Tier I Process

To ensure each consultation remains focused, organized, and productive, preparation begins prior to the scheduled session.

  • Documentation Submission:  Clients are asked to complete a detailed Tier I Questionnaire and may submit up to five pages of relevant supporting documentation for preliminary review.
  • Pre-Session Review:  Submitted materials are reviewed in advance to better understand the organizational context, procedural concerns, and workplace factors relevant to your situation. This preparation helps ensure the consultation remains focused on your specific concerns, overall work environment and potential next steps throughout the 90-minute session.

Tier II: Strategic Technical Partnership

Tier II is a consultative engagement designed for professionals navigating more complex workplace matters requiring a clear, organized, and professionally developed administrative record. Through this partnership, Cornerstone HR Solutions helps clients organize workplace documentation, events, and procedural concerns into a more cohesive and well-structured account.

Project fees are determined during the initial consultation based on the scope, complexity, and level of support required for the engagement.

Service Parameters

Tier II is a consultative-support service focused on administrative organization, procedural preparation, and record development. Cornerstone HR Solutions does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal counsel.

Tier II Support May Include:

  • organization of workplace documentation, timelines, and correspondence,
  • structured narrative development and chronology clarification,
  • alignment of workplace concerns with relevant organizational policies and administrative processes,
  • preparation for workplace meetings and administrative communications,
  • and development of a more organized administrative record to support professional communication and future procedural review.

If a client later chooses to seek legal representation, a well-organized administrative record may assist counsel in more efficiently understanding the procedural history and sequence of workplace events.
